Inner Spark Experiences is a community art studio I created from something I've always known: art isn't just decoration; it's a way to name what we feel, let go of what weighs us down, and remember what makes us feel alive.
Through storytelling workshops that blend creativity and embodied practices, I invite people to explore creative expression as something personal, imperfect, and deeply human.
This studio is part of my larger work as a designer and storyteller. For over fifteen years, I've accompanied over 10,000 women across Latin America through online spaces, listening to their stories, creating room for expression, and helping them rediscover the wisdom we carry in our bodies and our memories.
Every time you participate, 35% of what you give supports another woman's path through Ollin Ameyalli, a community support initiative I founded that helps minority women in continuing their education, growing their small businesses, and strengthening the community. Our programs offer practical tools and strategic guidance for women from minority backgrounds to reclaim agency over their paths, reconnect with their strengths, and act with intention. Through our community art studio, we provide GED programs, expressive workshops, and resources to grow their businesses, all designed to foster creative expression. Each class with us is part of a shared transformation and connects participants to community support initiatives and enriching Kansas City Art Events, including storytelling workshops.
