 A creative workshop for immigrant teens (ages 12–16) to reflect on where they come from and where they’re going. 

Through storytelling, conversation, and art, participants will explore memories from home, share their dreams for the future, and find strength in their unique journey. 

They’ll leave with a handmade reminder of who they are, and all they’re becoming.

Are you going through a significant life transition, such as menopause, divorce, a new city, or an empty nest?

This 1.5-hour art session is a gentle space just for you. No need to explain, analyze, or share your story out loud.

You’ll be guided to explore your emotions through color, texture, and movement, allowing the paint to express what words can’t.

This is not "therapy". 

It’s not about being “good” at art.

It’s about giving yourself permission to feel, express, and release at your own pace.

Ever tried making cards?
In this first session, you'll learn the basics of cardmaking and create two unique, meaningful cards with your own hands, your own style.

You don’t need to be “crafty,” just open to try.
Who would you surprise with a handmade note?

By the end, you’ll know if this creative little ritual is something you want to keep doing...
